Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day management and operational effectiveness of the store
• Effectively lead, coach and develop staff
• Achieve maximum sales while controlling costs

Requirements

• Two years management experience in a retail setting
• Superior communication & organization skills
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours
