HOW IT WORKS!
1. Purchase your item online
Shop on our website for a huge selection of products from brand names you love! Simply add them to your cart and hit "Store Pick Up" at check out.
2. Wait for your CONFIRMATION EMAIL
We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we received your order, and another confirmation email once your items are ready for pick up at the destination location. Please allow for 2-5 business days for this.
Your confirmation email will have further instructions on where to pick up your item at the location specified.
3. Contactless Pick Up At Store
At your convenience, arrive at the SVP Sports location you've chosen and dial the store's number. We will have a staff member bring out your product.
Please note: You must present the confirmation email, a valid photo ID and the credit/debit card used to place the order, at the time of pick up.
STORE PICKUP FAQs
1. How long do I have to pick up my order?
Currently, we do not have a maximum amount of time to pick up your order. We ask that you kindly pick it up in 30 days or less. If you have not picked up your item in 30 days, you will be contacted by SVP Sports for arrangements.
2. Can I make returns?

We request you to call the store before arriving because of the ever-changing COVID-19 situation.
3. When will I be charged for my order?
You must place your order online and payment will be taken at the time of purchase on our website! We accept all major credit cards through our online portal.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
SVP Sports is committed to doing it's part to protect customers and employees from the spread of COVID-19. We are monitoring ongoing updates from federal and provincial authorities and have updated our health and safety measures as necessary to ensure compliance.
We are taking all the necessary precautions as we reopen our stores and fulfill online/store pick-up orders. Any staff who is working in-stores or to fulfill store pick-up orders is trained on all matters related to health and safety. Staff who are interacting directly with customers have been instructed to wear gloves and masks accordingly. Maintaining hygiene amongst staff is a top priority and includes measures such as diligent hand washing, sanitization and antibacterial wipes. If a customer needs to sign for store pickup using an SVP pen, it is being sanitized in between customer use. We recommend bringing your own pen/pencil for your store pickup.
During store pickup, we ask that customers stay in their vehicles whenever possible. Our staff is instructed to load the products inside the vehicle with your permission.
Parking spaces have been spaced out to ensure physical distancing and that everyone's health and safety is given first priority.
