Good, All Around Shoes

The shoes are comfortable for overall fitness activities (weight lifting, jogging etc). The grip is good. The heels are pretty thick so they look like lifts, if that's something you don't like.

ZNChill sole too thick

They didn't look that great and the sole was too high at the heel and too low at the front, so you sort of tipped forward when standing. Maybe it's good for running...still,had to return them. And SVP is still a great store!
