So I'm new to pickleball and mainly purchased this paddle because I have used wilson tennis racquets. So first I let an experiences player try it. She said its in some ways better than her racquet. Its a little shorter but wider and has good control. So my first time playing i tried both her paddle and my wilson and I found the wilson gave me better control. As a beginner control is the most important thing. The only negative is i have big hands but that didnt seem to be an issue with the length of the grip.
