Online Return Policy
EXTENDED RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
As of December 30, 2020 we will no longer be accepting Returns/Exchanges at our stores during the COVID-19 lockdown. We have now extended our Holiday Return/Exchange policy to accommodate your needs.
Items purchased as of November 1, 2020 can now be Returned/Exchanged until February 28, 2021 (this date may be extended further depending on the government mandates).
Please Note: You will not be able to try-on items outside of our stores. All items will be bagged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will need return it in-store once the lockdown restrictions are lifted.
Returns can also be shipped to our Distribution Center. If you are planning to make the return online, return shipping must be paid by the customer.
All products must be unworn, in original packaging, with original receipt/paperwork.
Final Sale Items: All headwear and base-layer apparel/accessories (hats, headbands, helmets, underwear, swimwear, compression bottoms or any other loose items) and any products marked as "Final Sale" are considered final sale. This is done for hygiene reasons.
To ship your returns to us, please follow the steps below:
2. Take pictures of the products and photo ID that matches the packing slip name and address.
3. Email the Online Returns Paperwork, pictures of the products, as well as Photo ID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not provide all of the details required, you may not be issued a refund.
Refunds issued will be credited to the payment method that was used to purchase the items.
SVP Sports uses credible shipping providers but is not responsible for shipping, handling, and any additional charges for returned items. Any unlikely extra costs associated with the shipping companies are the responsibility of the customer.
