SVP Sports Return and Exchange Policy

At SVP Sports, our return/exchange policy is designed to provide clarity and convenience for both in-store and online purchases. You have 30 days from the original purchase date to make a return with the original receipt. During the holidays, purchases between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for exchange until January 31st in store only.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt/confirmation email
  • Not marked as "Final Sale"

Final Sale Items Include:

  • All headwear
  • Base-layer apparel (undergarments, swimwear, compression bottoms, masks, and socks)
  • Water bottles
  • Shoe care items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a Team Buy (orders of over 5 items of the same style)

If an item was purchased in-store, simply return your item at any SVP Sports store. Exchanges are processed in-store only, dependent on product availability. We recommend checking with the store beforehand. Purchases made online can be returned in-store or by shipping to our Distribution Center.

HOW TO RETURN BY SHIPPING ITEMS BACK

If you cannot visit a store location, you can choose to ship the items to our Distribution Center. The return shipping cost is handled by the customer, however you may wish to purchase a label from us at a discounted price.

Online orders must be returned using a prepaid courier and with a valid tracking number.

To ship your returns to us, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Visit our returns portal at returns.svpsports.ca. Begin by entering the order number you would like to return and the email address you used to place the order.
  • Step 2: Upload images of the items and select your choice to
    1. Purchase a discounted return label from SVP Sports
    2. OR
    3. Use your own return label.
  • Step 3: If you purchase a label from us, you will be redirected to a secure payment window. Following your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email AND email with the return label within. The label must be used within 30 days. If you wish to use your own return label, please follow the instructions in the “Return Request” email.
  • Step 4: If you are using your own label, please share your tracking number with us by creating a new ticket by clicking here. If you are using a label purchased from us, no need to worry about sending us the tracking number.
    Please use a suitable shipping box or polybag for your return. Please do not affix labels on shoe boxes directly. Neglecting this guideline may impact refund eligibility due to potential damage to the shoe box.
Please note that GWP and Promo gift cards must be returned/purchased if any items are returned.

Processing Refunds:

Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the products at our Distribution Center to the original payment method (product price + taxes). It can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account once processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Manufacturing Defects:

Defective merchandise must be returned within 60 days with the original receipt.The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with original packaging, tags attached, and a result of a manufacturing defect.


Gift Receipts/Gift Card:

There are no refunds in case of gift receipts and returns will result in store credit, following the above return policy. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

SVP Sports reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges. Any additional costs associated with shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
