Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Online Store:
1. What is your return/refund policy?

Returns/Refunds – 30 days from original ship date, with original receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and tags attached and intact. The policy may change from time to time. Kindly check the Online Return Policy for updated information.


2. How do I return a product I purchased online?

3. Which items are final sale?

All headwear and base-layer apparel/accessories (hats, headbands, helmets, underwear, swimwear, compression bottoms, masks, socks or any other loose items), water bottles, shoe care items and any products marked as "Final Sale" are considered final sale. This is done for hygiene reasons.


4. Is my order eligible for free shipping?

5. Which shipping methods does SVP Sports offer?

SVP Sports receives attractive shipping rates from these providers, which are passed on to our valued customers.


6. Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

We normally do not allow changes to orders once confirmed. However, our customer service will always try their best to accommodate any requests as long as the order has not been processed at our end.

In such a situation we suggest that you call our customer service department at the earliest and also send an email.


7. How long does it take for SVP Sports to ship?

We ship out of our Distribution Center in Newmarket, Ontario and require 1 to 3 business days to process and package your order. Majority of shipments are delivered between 5 to 10 business days from the date of ordering.

Due to COVID-19, please be patient as our carriers may take longer than usual to ship.

9. Can I put a product on hold at a store for pick-up?

Yes, products can be put on hold for up to 24 hours (ending the next day at closing time) for in-store shopping. Now you can also shop on our website and opt for shipping or store pick ups.

If you see a product on our website that you would like to pick-up in our store rather than have it shipped to you, please opt for Store Pick Up while checking out, which is available at select locations only.


10. How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?

Simply choose the colour and size via the dropdown menu of the item you are wanting to purchase. Once selected, click "Add To Cart".

If you are not seeing the size or colour you are looking for, that means we are currently out of stock.


11. What is your policy on damaged/defective merchandise?

Manufacturer’s Defects – 60 days from original date of purchase with original receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and tags attached and intact.

  • Merchandise that is damaged must be as a result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by regular wear and tear.
  • Damages will be assessed at the discretion of the store manager.
  • If the item is deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect, an exchange will be issued for the same/similar in-store/in-stock item.

12. How are you able to offer such great prices?

SVP Sports has a team of opportunity buyers, who are always on the hunt for the best deals from our suppliers, so that we can pass those savings on to you. We deal with large volumes of products, which allows us to negotiate competitively and bring our customers the best value possible.


13. Are all products 100% authentic?

At SVP Sports, we bring you 100% Guaranteed Authentic product, always. We would never sacrifice quality or authenticity for a great price.


14. What is SVP Package Protection and how does it work?

SVP Sports offers customers the option to protect their orders through SVP Package Protection in case of delivery issues. SVP Package Protection is a service that provides faster processing for lost, stolen and damaged items.

The customer can see SVP Package Protection in the cart and has the option to remove it. The amount charged for SVP Package Protection varies depending on the order value. If the customer chooses to keep SVP Package Protection and make a purchase, the order will be protected as per our policies.

SVP Package Protection is treated as a Final Sale item and once an order has been placed with SVP Package Protection, the service cannot be removed or refunded.

Safety Protocol For Returned/Exchanged Items

  • All apparel returned will be isolated for 24 hours, then steam cleaned.
  • All footwear and accessories will be sanitized.

5. Does each store location have their own set hours of operation?

Yes, each location has it’s own set hours of operation. Click on STORES on the main menu at the top of the page and select your desired location for more info.


6. What is your gift card policy?

Gift cards are available for purchase at all SVP SPORTS locations. They can be purchased in any denomination and are redeemable for in-store/in-stock merchandise at all stores. Gift cards do not expire.


7. What is your policy in regards to customers with disabilities/special needs?

We respect the dignity and independence of all our customers and we are committed to ensuring that our stores are integrated and accessible to all people with disabilities/special needs.

All store locations have taken steps to reasonably accommodate the needs of customers with disabilities/special needs by offering services and facilities that provide equal opportunities for participation.

8. Why can’t I bring food or drinks into a store while I am shopping?

Our stores usually experience a high volume of shoppers, in order to protect our merchandise, avoid spills that can be a safety concern and not disturb other customers, we do not allow any food or drinks in any of our stores.

You are welcome to leave your drinks at the front with an associate, however food needs to be eaten outside before you can enter any store.


9. Why do I have to check my bags when I shop at a store?

To reduce theft at all stores, we do not allow bags of any type in the store. Small purses are an exception, however if you have a large purse we reserve the right to check your bag.

We also reserve the right to check baby and toddler strollers.

Large in-store shopping bags are provided for your shopping convenience.


10. Can I bring my pet(s) into an SVP Sports store?

No, only service animals for people who have special needs are allowed in stores.
