Cozy and cute. A little different. Fun with the Ugg braid around the ankle. Was never a fan of the black (never liked the idea of the wool being dyed as the coloured ones are) but a great deal and out of stock in chestnut. The footbed is the original beige but the rest of the lining is black - see photos. I’m a size 9 and ordered a 9. They’re a bit big. Probably could have gone down to an 8 but Ugg sizing has changed. Be great if they opted in to half sizes all these years later. My first Ugg boots were labeled Ugg Australia, purchased 20 years ago in a size 7 tall Ugg boot style. Still have them. Still fit great. They have a worn down sole but still soft and comfy. Moulded to my foot. Never wore in rain and snow. Sprayed in beginning but not since. No stains. Not sure they’re made the same today. Feel a bit more stiff. Not as soft. Still a cozy boot even in the mini crescent version. They do slip a little at the heel when I walk. Partially from sizing too big maybe and they are cut low at the back in comparison to the front. Just the style of them. Wear indoors at work for now since we’re in middle of harsh Canadian winter atm. Definitely 4 stars. I can’t suggest sizing down as I’m not sure if the 8 would have been too small. I feel like an 8.5 would be perfect - if they offered half sizes. Which they should seriously consider! #happyfeet #uggminicrescent
