Material: The synthetic leather over the entire shoe top is soft but sturdy. It allows great comfort on the feet while the leather thickness is just right, allow great feet flexibility for ball control and touch, and provide enough impact protection for shooting.
Outsole: The rubber compound has a great balance between softness and durability; with some interesting traction patterns. Where under the forefoot area, it has these suction dot patterns on the inner side of the forefoot, then with these channel line patterns along the outer side of the forefoot to the midfoot. Then on the heel area, those patterns are reversed. Pretty good grip on dry grass and indoor ground.
Midsole: This shoes doesn't have a midsole, thus, the overall structure is somewhat weaker than more premium models, fortunately the outsole itself is rigid enough to provide adequate support. However, heavier player or aggressive player might find the stability of the bottom a bit lacking.
Insole: A basic foam layer, provides just the minimal level of step-in comfort.
Heel counter/cushion: Had decent heel counter around the heel area, no heel cushion inside but there is a raised heel collar provide some support to your achilles tendon.
Shoe Tongue: A think layer of flexible synthetic leather, but no complains there, it does it job, giving you feet flexibility, and does provide enough comfort.
Size fitting: Fit true to size
Style: Sleek & minimalist. There are quite a few colorway for the Umbro Classico XI, the orange/black color colorway is sick, the navy blue/white is pretty dope as well.
