Not very comfortable

I was hoping for the same comfort as Birkenstock sandals and these are much firmer and do not seem to break in and match your foot with wear. My feet are pretty sore after wearing them. They also feel heavy and hot on the foot. I was hoping to use for travel with lots of walking but decided against taking them.
The company SVP service was efficient, prompt and excellent!
