Excellent customer service at SVP Sports on Dufferin!
Negar was absolutely amazing. She first asked me what I was looking for, what style I liked, and what felt comfortable for me, which really helped narrow down the options. They had so many beautiful Adidas models and colors, but because I have a higher arch/high instep on the top of my foot, only two models fit me perfectly. She was very patient and kept bringing different sizes and styles for me while also helping other customers at the same time.
She made shopping so easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. I ended up taking home 2 Adidas models that were on sale, and I even got socks and a bag as a gift, which was such a nice surprise!
Because of her professionalism, patience, and kindness, I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for future shopping.
Thank you, Negar, for such a great experience!
