By far, one of my favourite unconventionally liveried CHUCK 70’s ever! The black chequers are created using an ultra hi-gloss urethane/vinyl silicone leaving a raised very tactile bas-relief effect that’s perhaps 1-2 millimetres thick?..
They have gleaned soooo many compliments and queries about WHERE I got them.
Once again, I’m ever so grateful for SVP SPORTS for sourcing such fÜnKy Trainers, and selling them at such t’riffic prices!
My mum was totally into the swinging 60’s art scene in London when I was little, and I studied art history in the U.K. 🇬🇧 🖼️ in the 90’s and developed a fondness for the likes of Bridget
Riley & Victor Vasarely. These trainers are the total embodiment & homage of everything that Bridget Riley encompassed.

Many thanks Converse design team and SVP SPORTS for helping to spread the Op-Art Love 🥰!..
